Rachel Wang, CPA
Rachel is a Certified Public Accountant and she received her Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois with a focus on Accounting and Finance. With more than ten years' tax experience, Rachel obtained her international tax expertise at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.
Amongst other things, Rachel has significant experience advising multinationals on tax planning and reporting, entity formation, restructuring, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and financial due diligence for inbound as well as outbound investment.
Rachel acts regularly for multinationals in Asia Pacific and Europe on inbound US investment. Her clients operate in a wide array of industries including automotive, real estate, construction, education, distribution and wholesale.
