Rachel Wang, CPA
Rachel is a Certified Public Accountant and she received her Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois with a focus on Accounting and Finance. With more than ten years' tax experience, Rachel obtained her international tax expertise at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young.
Amongst other things, Rachel has significant experience advising multinationals on tax planning and reporting, entity formation, restructuring, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and financial due diligence for inbound as well as outbound investment.
Rachel acts regularly for multinationals in Asia Pacific and Europe on inbound US investment. Her clients operate in a wide array of industries including automotive, real estate, construction, education, distribution and wholesale.

Omar Sawaf, Attorney
Omar is a lawyer and a real estate broker. His primary legal practice areas are real estate, corporate and estate planning. He attended the George Washington University Law School.
In addition to his domestic legal practice, Omar has a significant amount of experience working on international matters. In particular, Omar worked in the Dubai office of the largest non-affiliated law firm in the Middle East and the Hong Kong office of the largest law firm in Asia Pacific. He also worked for one of Continental Europe’s largest law firms.
Omar is also the managing member of the real estate company Lulu Property, LLC(luluproperty.com). Omar regularly advises buyers/sellers with acquisition, development and sale of real estate both in the US and abroad.

Over ten years of senior corporate accounting experiences with ample skills working with auditors and corporate financial consolidation & reporting for multinational companies. Lynne is also an enrolled agent, earned privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, the highest credential the IRS awards.
