Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tax Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee complex tax engagements, provide strategic guidance to clients, and support the development of our team.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct primary or secondary reviews of complex income tax returns, including Corporate, S-Corporation, Partnership, and Individual filings.

• Manage a diverse client portfolio across a wide range of industries.

• Lead change initiatives effectively and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Foster a collaborative learning environment by guiding, supporting, and coaching team members.

• Build and empower diverse teams while developing career paths for professional growth.

 

Qualifications

• Active CPA license strongly preferred.

• 4+ years of tax experience in public accounting and/or industry.

• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

• Proven proficiency in tax preparation, planning, and research.

• Demonstrated experience with strategic planning for clients and prospective clients.

• Supervisory and training experience with a proven ability to lead in a team environment.

• Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
